Our team comprises of people specialised in marketing, sales, management, design, illustration, 3d modelling, ambient design and not only. Our team is always growing, always expanding. 

With every project we feel like we need to add something and therefore our resources need to expand.

Usually a project is carried by a team of 2 salespersons, 1 marketing specialist, 1 creative director, 1 art director and 3 designers, but on request this team can be expanded. 

The Executive Team

Sebastian is the founding member of the company. Never tired and always cunning, he is always on the lookout for new opportunities and makes sure the business stays on track.

Most probably, Virgil is the one that many of the new clients will be approached by or will approach. He coordinates the powerful sales team TheRSB takes advantage of.

It's Alex who does the creative coordination work and this is where the bright ideas come from. With years of design and creative work behind him he is always ready to take on new challanges.

Basically a project from a random client goes through the eyes and hands of these people. In this process, the client plays a major role, and that is described in the Methodology section (see the IntelliFlow system).
